It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (pages 19-22).1983-1985 yılları Türkiye’de eğitim ve öğretim alanında önemli ve bazı kilit değişikliklerin yapıldığı bir aralıktır. Vehbi Dinçerler’in başkanlık makamında bulunduğu Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, daha sağlıklı ve aktif bir eğitim stili yaratmak için gerekli olan değişiklikleri saptamaya ve uygulamaya çalışmıştır. Bu dönemde köy okullarında yenilikler, öğretmen yetiştirme, başka ülkelerin eğitim planlarını izleyip uygulama gibi çeşitli yenilik ve reformlar gündeme gelmiştir. Bazıları uygulanmış ve hala yürürlüğünü korurken, bazıları hiç uygulanamamış ya da zamanla değiştirilmiştir. Bu dönemde yükseköğretim alanında da yenilikler ve değişiklikler yapılmıştır, bunların başında Yükseköğretim Kurumu’nun kuruluşu gelmektedir. Sadece eğitimin kalitesini artırmaya yönelik değil, yapılan değişikliklerin amacı aynı zamanda insan gücünden ve zamandan da tasarruf etmek olmuştur.There were a variety of changes in the education system between 1983 and 1985 in Turkey. MEB, which was directed by Vehbi Dinçerler at that time, to create a better and more active education style and environment, made changes about village schools, raising teachers, and observing and taking other countries' education plans and many other things. Some of those are conducted, some of them never talked about again, and some of them changed along with the time. There were changes in universities too. Those changes were not just for students, there were for teachers and other prelucters too, for making their life and education system way better.
