Cunda Bridge, which is the first bosphorus bridge of Turkey, carries a primary bridge plan connecting the island of Cunda with the island of Lale. After the bridge has been established, it has affected both the island and Ayvalık in mostly positive but also negative ways. This research is based on the people who live in Ayvalık and academical researches. It is also based on the construction of the bridge and the changes in the period after the construction. Although the Bosphorus Bridge in İstanbul is the first one to come to mind when a strait bridge is mentioned, it is understood as a result of our research that the first bridge of the Bosphorus was Cunda Bridge built in 1964.33 pages.TurkishCreative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlikehttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Boğaz köprüsüCundaAyvalıkBosphorus bridgeMERCAN HIST 200-1/10 2018-19Türkiye'nin ilk boğaz köprüsü: Cunda KöprüsüStudent ProjectSPB2518
