It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Batılı tarzda eğitim kurumları ve müfredatıyla tanışma dönemi olan bu yıllarda, yabancı ülkelerin eğitim alanındaki faaliyetleri Osmanlı'da eğitim reformlarını etkilemiştir. Maraş Kara Lisesi, bu dönemde önemli bir eğitim kurumu olarak kurulmuş ve Cumhuriyet dönemine kadar eğitim faaliyetlerine devam etmiştir. Cumhuriyet sonrası dönemde Maraş Kara Lisesi'nin eğitim programları çeşitli alanlarda yoğunlaşmıştır. Lise, Erken Cumhuriyet döneminde modern eğitim anlayışını benimseyerek yeni müfredat ve öğretim yöntemleriyle öğrencilerine hizmet vermiştir. Zaman içinde, okulun eğitim programları ve içeriği çeşitli reformlarla şekillenmiş ve gelişmiştir. Ayrıca, Maraş Kara Lisesi'nin müze olma süreci ve depremler gibi doğal afetlerle karşılaşması da lisenin tarihinde önemli bir dönüm noktası olmuştur. Maraş Kara Lisesi'nin edebiyatla ilişkisi, özellikle "Yedi Güzel Adam" olarak bilinen edebiyatçılar üzerinden incelenmiştir. Bu edebiyatçılar, Türk edebiyatına önemli katkılarda bulunmuş ve dönemlerinin önde gelen isimleri arasında yer almışlardır. Yedi Güzel Adam'ın kimlikleri ve eserleri, Türk edebiyatının gelişimine etkileri üzerinde detaylı bir şekilde durulmuştur. Maraş Kara Lisesi'nin bu edebiyatçılarla olan ilişkisi, Türk kültür ve edebiyat tarihine önemli bir perspektif sunmaktadır.Modernization in the 19th century: Western-style educational institutions and curricula influenced the Ottoman Empire. Foreign activities influenced educational reforms in the Ottoman Empire in education. Maraş Kara High School, one of the essential high schools inthis period, continued its educational activity as a high school in the republican period. In thispost-Republic period, education programs at Maraş Kara High School also specialized insome areas. The Turkish Republic was founded with many reforms, improvements, andsignificant progress in every area, including the educational programs and content of theschool in the Early Republican period. The school started serving its students with a moderneducation approach, using new curricula and teaching techniques. Finally, history has writtenthat Maraş Kara High School was turned into a museum, and in its existence, significantmagnitudes of natural disasters such as earthquakes took place. This study examined therelationship of Maraş Kara High School to the writers, the importance to the members of theliterary figures, and the called "Yedi Güzel Adam." Indeed, they were the critical actors inTurkish literature at that time. Their identities and works were analyzed in detail, thusshowing their influence on the development of Turkish literature.
