It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (pages 25-27).Araştırmamız 2003 yılında çıkmaya başlamış, fakat daha eski bir maziye ve hikayeye sahip olan Yeni Film Dergisi’ni ele almaktadır. Temel amacımız derginin bakış açısını, çıkış hikayesini, ulaşmaya amaçladığı kitlesini, çekirdek kadrosunu, derginin çıkışında ortaya çıkan sorunlar ve çözümlerini, önemli tarihi ve siyasi olaylara yaptıkları yorumlardan yola çıkarak bakış açısını, sinemadaki yerini detaylı bir şekilde analiz edilmesidir. Türk sinemasının, 1930’lu yıllardan günümüze kadar yaşadığı değişimleri ve süreçleri detaylı bir şekilde araştırılmış olup, daha çok Yeni Film Dergisi’nin çıkış hikayesi ve bakış açısı incelenmiştir.Yeni Film Dergisi’nin çıkarmış olduğu sayıları tek tek tarandıktan sonra, derginin editörü ve yazarlarından Yusuf Güven ve yine yazarlarından birisi olan Tülay Dikenoğlu ile röportaj yapılmıştır. Projemizde öncelikle derginin çekirdek kadrosundan, bakış açısından, çıkış hikayesinden ve hedeflediği kitleden, daha sonra derginin özel sayılarından ve Gezi olaylarına bakış açısı ve en son olarak da Yeni Film Dergisi’ni diğer dergilerden ayıran özellikleri kaleme alınmıştır.Our project is aimed to analyze the history of Yeni Film Journal which is first published at 2000’s but has a older past. The main objective is to understand journal’s point of view about events and reasons, the goaled group people and the problems and solutions of the journal. The alternation in Turkish cinema through 1930’s is given high importance and deeply analyzed in this project; however, Yeni Film Journal is on stage and has got the main importance. Although the journal review through its publishes, the crucial component of acknowledgements about the history about he jornal gathered from the editor of the journal, Yusuf Güven In this project firstly, the ossified core crew, viewpoint of the journal, publishing story and aimed group are stated.
