Data are separated for East and Center Campus housing areas and compared in terms of different unitcost measurements. Some hypotheses are tested to find if any difference exists. Comparisons are reported by pareto, pie and control charts to end up with some standards. Some differences appeared between East and Center campuses' cost centers.
