It is designed to encourage students to work in groups on projects concerning any topic of their choice that relates to the history of Turkey. It is designed as an interactive course with an emphasis on research and the objective of investigating events, chronologically short historical periods, as well as historic representations. Students from all departments prepare and present final projects for examination by a committee, with 10 projects chosen to receive awards.Includes bibliographical references (page 20).The study will be primarily based on the familial inheritance and bequest of the consummate craft of bread making known as Beypazarı Kurusu and one of its masters, Isa Kuluc. This research paper will seek to explore and scrutinize the origin, the cultural and historical significance, and the future of the traditional craft of making Beypazarı Kurusu, one of Turkey's most heavenly luscious confections through the outlook of Isa Kuluc. Lastly, the research will examine how, located in Beytepe Mahallesi, the Beypazarı Kurusu has been a contentment and income for its original begetters for the last 50-60 years.Bu çalışma, Beypazarı Kurusu olarak bilinen yiyeceğin mucidi, ekmek yapım sanatının ustası, İsa Kuluç'un aile mirasına dayanmaktadır. Bu araştırma makalesi, Beypazarı Kurusu'nu Türkiye'nin en lezzetli yiyeceklerinden biri haline getiren geleneksel zanaatın kökenini, kültürel ve tarihi açıdan geleceğini mercek altına almaktadır.
