Bosna savaşı ve Türkiye'nin bölgeye yardımları

Abstract

Bosna Savaşı, 1 Mart 1992’de başlayıp 14 Aralık 1995 tarihinde sona ermiştir. 3 yıldan fazla süren bu savaşta 100.000 kişi hayatını kaybetmiş, 2 milyon kişi ise göç etmeye zorlanmıştır. Savaş çok kanlı geçmiş ve bu süreç boyunca Bosna halkı yanında bulunan tek devlet Türkiye olmuştur. Bu bağlamda Türkiye birçok insani yardımda bulunmuş ve halkın yaralarını sarmaya çalışmıştır. Yapılan incelemeler sonucu Türkiye’den birçok farklı kanal aracılığıyla (TİKA, MÜSİAD, Diyanet, Yunus Emre Vakfı ve çeşitli sivil toplum

kuruluşları) da Bosna-Hersek’e yardım gittiği anlaşılmıştır. Resmi rakamlara göre Bosna- Hersek’e yapılan insani yardımların toplam tutarının yirmi milyona ulaştığı bilinmektedir.

Savaş boyunca Türkiye’nin Balkanlar politikası devam etmiş ve Türkiye Bosna’daki çatışmayı engellemek için birçok girişimde bulunmuştur. Bunu yaparken de halkın içinde bulunduğu sıkıntıları tespit etmeye çalışmış ve atmosferi incelemiştir. İncelemeler sonucu halkın kötü yaşam koşullarını iyileştirmek amacıyla çeşitli yardımlar yapıp insanlar görevlendirmiştir.

The Bosnian War started on March 1, 1992 and ended on December 14, 1995. In this war that lasted more than 3 years, 100,000 people lost their lives and 2 million people were forced to migrate. The war was very bloody and Turkey was the only state that stood by the Bosnian people throughout this process. In this context, Turkey provided many humanitarian aid and tried to heal the wounds of the people. As a result of the examinations, it was understood that aid was sent to Bosnia-Herzegovina through many different channels from Turkey such as TİKA, MÜSİAD, Diyanet, Yunus Emre Vakfı. According to official figures, it is known that the total amount of humanitarian aid to Bosnia and Herzegovina has reached twenty million. Turkey's Balkan policy continued throughout the war and Turkey made many attempts to prevent the conflict in Bosnia. While doing this, it tried to determine the troubles of the people and examined the atmosphere. As a result of the investigations, she made various aids and appointed people in order to improve the poor living conditions of the people.
